• ParseShow is an AI-powered video generation tool for software demonstrations.
• Users are responsible for the content they record and publish.
• Redistribution or reverse engineering of our underlying engine is prohibited.

We take your privacy seriously. Here is how we handle your data:

• Screen Recordings: User screen recordings are processed temporarily for the purpose of AI video generation.
• Data Security: We do not sell your data to third parties. All processing is focused on fulfilling your requests.
• Cookies: We use minimal cookies to manage your login sessions.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Digital Goods: Since our service involves real-time AI computation (GPU/API costs), we generally do not offer refunds once a project has been "Activated" or credits have been consumed.
• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical failure that prevents video generation, please contact support@parseshow.com within 24 hours of the issue for a credit refund.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
